Missed taking levothyroxine for 2 days

What will happen, I am not able to get or take it until day 3 .

You probably not feel a real difference until about 10 days without...that is my experience.

While it's never a good idea to miss your med, 2 days will probably not do a lot of harm.  I would advise not making a habit of missing your med, though, as that could really have adverse effects.
