Multivitamin and LID

Can anyone recommend a mulitvitamin while on the LID?  All of the ones in my house have iodine or have fish oil in them.  I'm getting concerned about being malnourished with this diet because the nausea keeps me from eating as much and I don't much care for many green vegetables anyway. Just thought someone could save me the time of reading a million labels and give me a brand name I can go for. Thanks.

I did not even think of that, that's a great idea. I've scoured the vitamin aisle but don't want to spend a bunch of money on another bottle of vitamins that I'm gonna need for one more week. Thanks for the tip, will get some tomorrow!

Instead of taking multivitamins in pill form while on the LID these past few weeks, I've been drinkng Glacier Vitaminwater.  It comes in all kinds of flavors.  The mulitvitamin is lemonade flavor.  They also have flavors for focus, anti-oxidants, energy and a bunch of others.  There is absolutely no sodium in them.

Interesting. Mine didn't say anything so maybe I should call them. I've been taking Calcium Citrate because I'm worried but now I'm gonna call. Thanks.

My hospital's nuclear medicine department wouldn't let me have *any* multivitamins or calcium because of risk of anything being sea-based (especially the calcium) or having iodine.  Probably one more reason I felt so horrible.

After being hypothyroid for 8 years and trying everything under the sun, this past summer I came across Mannatech.com which have suppliments specifically for endocrine diseases (thyroid disease and diabetes). I decided to give a couple of their items a try. I now religiously use their 'Plus' which is an herbal-amino acid combination, Ambrotose, which is expensive, but comes in powder form, in a large container and after 6 months, I still have 2/3rds left. Oh, there's probably the BEST product, GlycoLEAN/Catalyst, which is a mulitvitamin and mineral suppliment. That, along with the other two (I think this one is the best) has given me a lot of energy and has helped me to lose weight. I have a friend who takes these same ones I've mentioned. She was lethargic, heavy and repeated herself constantly because her memory was shot, due to this disease,  and now she looks and feels great. If you decide to give these a try,  please let me know how they work for you.
