My Pathology report after TT

Here is my pathology report. My surgery was May 5 2011.  Final diagnoses:

Right Thyroid Lobe, hemithyrpidectomy:
Papillary Carcinoma, Encapsulated Measuring 1.5 x 1.1 x0.7 cm
There is Invasion of the tumor Capsule, Extrathyroid  Extension and vascular Invasion

margins of resection negative
------------------------------------
Left Thyroid gland, hemithyroidectomy:

Papillary Microcarcinoma, Less than 0.1 cm
Negative for extrathyroid  extension or vascular invasion

Margin of resection negative
------------------------------------------
Ajcc pahatologic STAGE PT3 NX MX

I just want to know if I need any treatment after my surgery,,,and what mean all that becasue I have another health conditions : hearth, seizure,asthma, hypertension, vasculitis and other...and Im really worry.. Please help!

You will probably need RAI.  Your tumor is 1.5 cm, that is the threshold for RAI.  It is also not encapsulated, meaning it is spreading out of the central tumor.  Google "stages of Papillary Thyroid Cancer" and you will find out what the PT3 NX MX means, I forget now, but you can find that out.  I think MX means metastisized and the X means no, so that is good.  RAI will kill off any thyroid tissue you have left (hard to remove all the tissue, they must "peel" it around your recurrant laryngeal nerve).  I have high blood pressure, asthma, I did not have any trouble witht he RAI, really did not even feel it. The worst part of RAI is getting really hypo prior to the dose, that is pretty unpleasant.
