My hair analysis results...then chelation therapy?

I have had hair analysis done, which showed my mercury and other toxins'
levels, such as TI, TL and AS are abnormally high. I have a mercury
filling . Sure my high consumption of fish contributes to it, too.

Aluminum (Al) 1.22281 < 7.0
Antimony (Sb) 0.00858 < 0.050
Arsenic (As) 0.20848 < 0.060 high
Beryllium (Be) nd < 0.020
Bismuth (Bi) 0.00460 < 0.10
Cadmium (Cd) 0.00431 < 0.10
Lead (Pb) 0.32412 < 1.0
Mercury (Hg) 1.65140 < 1.1 high
Platinum (Pt) 0.00002 < 0.005
Thallium (Tl) 0.01459 < 0.010 high
Thorium (Th) nd < 0.005
Uranium (U) 0.00432 < 0.060
Silver (Ag) 0.00467 < 0.15
Tin (Sn) 0.02314 < 0.30
Titanium (Ti) 2.64932 800

Now I am considering having my mercury filling removed, but I am not
sure if I should have chelation or other programs to have the mercury
and other toxins out of my body. It seems that the chelation thepary is
still controversial and not so safe, public hospitals don't do that.
Only private doctors do.

There is one PHD named Andy Culter who seems very professional in this
field. Some said that one should take the chelator (DMSA, or ALA) 3 days
after the removal of filling. I am quite knowledgeless about it. It
seems that it is very tough to get chelation therapy on my own. Could
anyone give some advices?

Thanks

You have to be very careful of hair analysis. The results generally are not accurate and are often highly misleading. It is more likely that the metals were from contamination and not from you consuming them.
The general advice for Hg fillings is that they pose minimal risk unless you have many. There is greater risk of poisoning by having them removed. It is safer to leave them in and have them replaced one by one as(if) needed.

Interestingly - people with higher mercury from fish consumption have higher IQ. The benefit from the fish diet out weighs the negative impact of mercury on brain development.

I think you will find some answers over on Complementary Med too.

I do not have an answer on this. Maybe someone else can assist here.
