Need help with recent switch to armour

I have been dealing with my thyroid problems for so long and have seen numerous Drs. constantly searching for answers.  I have just recently found a Dr. that is treating me Armour and BHRT.  I have gone from .88mcg Levoxyl to a current dosage of 180 mg Armour thyroid which I have slowly dosed up since Mid Oct.  I keep thinking with each increase in the Armour that I am going to feel better but it seems that I just continue to get worse and each time I get my labs taken, the levels continue to go the opposite of where I need to be.  Can someone tell if I just need to allow more time with this change or is it possible that I may have some underlying problem that is causing this havoc on my body.  I have spent so much money and have had my labs evaluated every 3 weeks since Oct.  I just don't get what could possibly be wrong that the Armour is not kicking in and working.  I have heard nothing but good things about Armour and want to start seeing the great results that everyone else speaks about...Any advise is welcomed.  I know that my Dr.'s office is sick of me calling and telling them that I am still not any better, actually worse.

a little more than 2 months on thyroid hormone replacement isn't soo long, many people still need fine tuning after that long.

One concern is that the compounding together of BHRT does not allow your doctor to fine tune each hormone to the levels you need.  Consider this FDA report released today:

thought you folks taking bio's, BHRT, would be interested in this report today from the FDA saying that bio's are not better than taking the individual hormones separately.  In fact, it can help to take them separately to individually adjust the dosing for each hormone:

FDA informed healthcare professionals and patients that the Agency sent letters warning seven pharmacy operations that the claims they make about the safety and effectiveness of their so-called "bio-identical hormone replacement therapy," or "BHRT" products are unsupported by medical evidence, and are considered false and misleading by the agency. The pharmacy operations improperly claim that their drugs, which contain hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and estriol (which is not a component of an FDA-approved drug and has not been proven safe and effective for any use) are superior to FDA-approved menopausal hormone therapy drugs and prevent or treat serious diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, stroke, and various forms of cancer. FDA is concerned that the claims for safety, effectiveness, and superiority that these pharmacy operations are making mislead patients, as well as doctors and other healthcare professionals. Compounded drugs are not reviewed by the FDA for safety and effectiveness.

Patients who use compounded hormone therapy drugs should discuss menopausal hormone therapy options with their healthcare provider to determine if compounded drugs are the best option for their specific medical needs.

i get it done at a licensed doctors office. its an intrvenous drip and it requires you to be there for at least 1 and a half hours. the myers is not really a boost but a way to get the necessary minerals and vitamins to people that do not have great health health conditions
the most important of the 2 therapies is the hydrogen peroxide drip it oxigenates  cleans your blood system and keeps any type of inflammation to a minimum . i started to feel better after the 2 drip and have been steadly improving since

I actually had never heard of a Myer's cocktail, so I actually did a little reading on this treatment and find that is may be well worth a try.  Only thing is, where do you get this cocktail and does it have to be administered by an MD??  Is it this something that I may need just to give myself for a boost or is this something that I would have to do for awhile?  Thanks for your response and comments.  I have seen so many Drs these last three years, have tried different regimens of medication and had numerous testing.  I think that I have maybe just not given my body enough time to respond to the Armour, but it sounds as though some many people have instant results and I think that my dosage is getting high enough that I should be able to start eliminating some of the symptoms.  Very strange.  I have also thought that I may need to have my ferritin levels checked.  I have had an ACTH stim test performed which came back neg, but from what I read, the saliva test is much more accurate.  Just what I have read.  Thanks again for your help and comments
