Nodules on Thyroid and Hashimoto's Diagnosis

My ultrasound said:  FINDINGS:
RIGHT THYROID: Measures 4.6 x 2.4 x 2.5 cm. There is
heterogeneous echogenicity and increased color Doppler flow.   A
solitary heterogeneous, isoechoic, hypovascular nodule measures
1.7 x 1.4 x 1.4 cm.

LEFT THYROID: Measures 4.1 x 1.6 x  2 cm. There is heterogeneous
echogenicity and normal color Doppler flow.   There are at least
3 nodules. The largest is located within the inferior pole
measuring 1.0 x 0.8 x 0.9 cm. Within the superior pole is a
heterogeneous hypoechoic nodule measuring 8 x 7 x 3 mm. Within
the mid to superior thyroid pole, there is a heterogeneous nodule
measuring 3 x 3 x 4 mm.

Thyroid isthmus: Measures 0.17 cm.

Miscellaneous: No significant cervical lymphadenopathy.
When I initially started Nature Throid, my TSH was 5.5, and my other numbers were off.  I have been on a combination of Naturethroid -- first 1 grain, then changed to a half grain, and then to 3/4 grain.  I was also put on Naltrexone Low Dose.  I was told I had Hashimoto's disease because my Anti-TPO numbers were 199.

Right before I had the following labwork done, I was experiencing dizziness, heart racing, intense anxiety.  Doctor took me off of everything after receiving the test results below, and had my thyroid scanned.  It doesn't feel as swollen now -- but what do the results mean and what questions do I need to ask?  I have an FNA scheduled for 2 weeks, but I wanted to be informed on what this could be before I get results.

Please advise me.

And my lab work shows:
Tyroid Perox AutoAb 248 IU/mL <35 IU/mL H
Free T3 3.17 pg/mL 2.3 - 4.2 pg/mL
T3 122 ng/dL 87 - 167 ng/dL
TSH 1.53 uIU/mL 0.34 - 4.82 uIU/mL
