Normal TSH and free T4 but having neck pain

Doctors found a cyst on right side of thyroid on accident and I think the cyst formed not to long before then. I recently got my Tsh and T4 results back and they are normal. A few days ago I started having pains in the right side of my neck. I got some fillings done that took the pain from neck (dentist put needle in to far). Neck hasn't hurt as much, but when I turn head to far or do certain things it hurts. Does or did anyone else have this? Doctor says if it still hurts to make appointment to see her. Will do if pain keeps up.

When I get anything stressful done in the neck region my neck hurts for 2 days afterwards; in my case it is muscular and/or scar tissue from surgery.
