Possible Celiac is not really worth getting upset about. You will likely be tested for several possible things in the future, and most of them will be ruled out.
If you test positive for Celiac, then that will not be so good. You cannot fix it. You can alter your diet drastically and live with it, but you can't fix it.
It is an autoimmune disease, just as Hashimoto's is an autoimmune disease. They can be managed and treated, but you cannot cure or get rid of an autoimmune condition.
Unfortunately, the onset of an autoimmune disease makes it likely that someday another autoimmune disease will pop up. It's not inevitable, but it is common. Sorry.
Low adrenals are common with thyroid disease, and you are lucky to actually get diagnosed and treated for it. Most people get brushed off.
