I should be grateful if anyone has any idea and/or gone through this to tell me....thank you in advance.
I February, I had a total thyrodectamy. I was fine until I received my pathology test. My surgeon decided that I should take the nuclear pill just to make sure the area is not infected. Because my right side goiter was cancerous, despite its removal. He told it is only a precaucion.
I am going to be admitted on April 26th, will be given the pill on the 28th! shall be staying in isilation for one week (which will drive me nuts) indoors!
Is there anyone who has gone through this, and what should I be expecting? side effects and anything that you cal tell me...please.
