It really depends on your situation. There is a lot to consider when getting off and on your meds. It's not generally a good idea to take yourself off much needed medication without doctors advise, as i'm sure you already know.
jumping back on 137mcg after 2 months off can be rough on your cardiovascular system, it can also cause a lot of "hyperHyper-sal" symptoms for awhile until your body adjusts, we all metabolize meds differently...

Starting back at full dosage is probably not a good idea. It would be best to start slowly and work back up.
