ANTI -PO 588   HI    RANGE <35      (<---------WHAT???? so high)
ANTI-TG 27    RANGE <40

Ferritin  20  RANGE 10-291

I'm pretty sure my ANA is still positive but I don't have that on this test.

So??? Where do I go from here.  I was only on 5mcg cytomel so how can my numbers change so drastically.  My doctor wants me to go down to 2.5mcg because in a way it did help with my cold symptoms..Or maybe I should get off it. But I'm afraid if I get off it...the cold sluggish symptoms will come back.

If there is plenty of T3 in the blood for your body to use, the T4 will remain in "storage" and not convert to T3.

By reducing T3 it may allow some of the T4 to convert and be used.

They symptoms you state are consistent with starting to cross over into being Hyper.  That is why gimel suggests you cut down your T3 medication.

Thanks  I will try that.  But how can my anti-po go so high?  I thought being high in T3 would suppress T4..not raise it..

Then it is time to reduce your Cytomel.  Instead of going from 5 to 2.5, ask about splitting the pills into quarters and taking 3.75, and in a week or so, you should know if that is enough.

Well, I'm not exactly feeling 100%.  The cold symptoms are gone but they are replaced with being overheated quickly and sweating buckets.

Since you are feeling well, I think I would just hold off on any change and continue to monitor how you feel, and see what your Free T3  looks like on the next blood test.
