On and off neck swelling

Hi All-

Do any of you experience flare ups of lymph nodes swelling in the neck?  I have everything checked and it all seems fine, but I've just accepted that I get on and off swelling of the nodes in the neck.  Sometimes they are tender also.  I think this may be a Hashimotos issue right?

So sorry you get this  .. I only get it with illness approaching .. even with 1/2 the thryoid gone I get a tight feeling on that side when the lymp node swells.  It is an awful sensation.  When I had the other half there, it was pressing on the 1.9cm nodule and very uncomfortable .. now it is just uncomfortable as it feels as if it tugs on scar tissue.

my lymph nodes were swollen a lot of the time before i was diagnosed with hashimotos, after treatment they have stopped swelling so much. now they only swell when im about to get sick (although it sux its a good indicator of whats coming for me!). although swelling of the lymph nodes could be caused by other things than hashis too i guess.
i would suggest getting tested by a doctor for hashimotos, dont let your problems get worse! (took me 6 years to get diagnosed!)
