i wanna know what is happing. Lab results are showing that my TSH is getting lower. Am i going to hyper/ hypo? Or is every thing normal?? What does the results show??
your TSH is ok now (perfect), normal. New reference for TSH is 0.3 - 3 (normal), usually people feel weel with TSH 1 -2. If you test thyroid antibodies (TPO and anti-Tg) you would know if you really have a thyroid problem (autoimmune).
Hello again!
Your levels will bounce around for a while during treatment, and even for a few months after...it took mine about 4 months after finishing treatment for it to stay normal. wow! Only 2 week to go!!! Were you a rapid responder? -I was! I am officially SVR as of last month! Woo Hoo!
So, don't be surprised if your levels still change when you finish treating. If your TSH gets too high (hypothyroid) you will probably feel better if your Dr puts you on synthroid for 4-6 weeks. Right now, depending on how you feel, you probably won't need it! Good luck my friend! I wave my Hep C dragon killing sword in salute to your liver health! :) ~MM
