Papillary Thryoid cancer help

Hi Doc,

I wrote in the past regarding my thyroid cancer.  A full history below:
TT Dec/07 for papillary thyroid cancer.  1 nodule on the right side of the thyroid.
WBS with 2 mCuri showed neck uptakes. 150 mCuri Post ablation dose showed neck and 1 questionable uptake in left lung.  A CT later reveal no mass where the WBS uptake in lungs.  The CT also reveal a 2mm non-calcified nodule in a difference place.  I was told it is unlikely metastatic disease.  

5/2008
right side neck dissection of 11 nodes, 4 came out positive for Papillary cancer.
10/2008
TG still elevated at 6.1.  I was sent for a 200 mci ablation dose at columbia presbyterian medical center.
WBS scan revealed 1 node at superior mediastinum.  I was told it is a small node or nodes.  
1/2009  
3 months post 200 mci dose, tg dropped to 4.8.  
2/2009
Chest CT non-contrast revealed no metastatic disease or nodes.  

I need your advices on whether this 200 mci dose will likely ablate the remaining disease?  Or, will surgery be needed to remove these nodes?  I as told RAI treatment takes up to 1 year to work?  Is it usually the case?
Would the trial Sutent Drug be an better option to surgery?  Also, if alcohol ablation is an option to surgery?
