Hi Maggie!
I'm a post p-thyroid patient and went through all of the joys of hyperparathyroidism...Check out Parathyroid.com for lots of info that may help you...Do you know what your PTH and calcium levels were? I know you said they were in range, but if they are both in the upper end, your body may still be in the "compensation" phase, being able to urinate out enough calcium to keep it down...for now...Take care and let us know how you do! ~MM
Thank you for your response. I don't know the specifics of my labwork, but I was told that they were both within normal range, but that my calcium was "borderline low."
