Parathyroid test results

I just took a PTH and calcium test because I have a lot of symptoms of thyroid or parathyroid problems. I also just started taking a Vitamin D 25 pill at 50,000 units 3x a week. My Vitamin D from this last blood test was 60 (normal for the first time ever!!), my calcium was 9.6 mg/dl and my PTH was 14pg/ml, my creatinine was .6 mg/dl. My doctor said all of this was in the normal range. It seemed a little weird to me that my PTH was so low (normal was 7-80) and my creatinine was the lowest possible normal number. I just want to know if this is right that this is normal.. Thanks!!

I hope your endo appointment goes well! It is really frustrating have a bunch of symptoms and not having good dr's to tell you what to do about it! Hope you get your thyroid stuff figured out soon!

I have low caclium, mine is 8.3 range 8.5-10.5 and my PTH is 89 range 17-73. I also had a 24 hr. urine calcium done and it was normal. My kidney function is normal too. I also have Graves Disease too, and I am HYPOthyroid now, but still on Anti-thyroid medicine! I am waiting to see a third Endo Dr. Which hopefully I get in soon! I am so frustrated, I am tired of feeling so fatigued every single day. Other than that I feel o.k. =)
