Please help me determine my test results?

I need help with my test results. I have all the symptoms of Hyperthyroid
my TSh is 0.476 ref range is 0.450 - 4.500
my t4 is 7.8 ref reange is 4.5 - 12.0
my t3 uptake is 36  ref range is 24 - 39
my free thyroxine index is 2.8 ref range is 1.2 - 4.9
my trilodothyronine t3 is 105 ref range is 84-205
I had an ulter sound that should cyst and nodules
The nuclear med scan showed nothing.
Is this hyperthyroid?
