I have been hoarse, upper neck and back pain, when I am not hoarse I strain to talk, when I swallow it feels like something is rubbing in the back of my neck, I feel this pressure at the base of my neck. Now my Doctor says I have cysts on my thyroid but I am not sure that this is all caused by cyst and she wants me to come back in three months to get another U/S of my neck can anyone please tell me what else it could be.
