Possible Thyroid Problem?

As of yesterday I ended up getting a severe headache.  Could barely open my eyes because it ended up being so bad.  I fainted twice last night and when I would eat I would just throw it up.  I am dizzy no matter what I do.  I have been extremely tired lately. Ended up sleeping 16 hours today.  Anybody know if this could be a thyroid problem ?

If the symptoms are coming and going, you should see your doctor and get them checked out.

While headache and fatigue can be symptoms of hyper, the rest aren't thyroid symptoms.  The only way you can rule out thyroid is to get the tests I mentioned above.  At any rate, you still need to see your doctor to find out what's wrong.

Okay, thank-you.  The only reason why i thought it could be a thyroid problem is these symptoms come and go for weeks now

Those symptoms sound more like a bout of the flu than a thyroid issue, but you'd have to have some blood work done to make sure.  Get tested for TSH, Free T3 and Free T4.
