You need your TShPituitary and tsh Tsh, FT3 and fT4 tested. The FT3 and FT4 should be maintained top normalNormal saline flush during pregnancy. You should not be concerned if your TSH appears loww during pregnancy, just pay most attention to the FT3 and FT4.
I think would be quite normal to increase your daily dose by 25 mcg/day upon finding out your are pregnant and then adjusting every 4 weeks, if required, based on your thyroid levels.
You will need to test about every 4 weeks during the pregnancy.
