Pregnant with Hashimotos

Diagnosed a week ago with Hashimotos, then I found out two days later I was pregnant.

TrAb 376
Antibody 9.3
TSI 25

FT3 is normal, they didn't do FT4?!

Wasn't offered any help or treatment. Was experiencing terrible tachycardia, debilitating fatigue, fevers, anxiety/irritability, loss of appetite and weight, nausea & vertigo/dizziness. Basically bedbound.

Started taking PrOmega + D3 & Gentle Fe, after 48 hours noticed relief of tachy, temperature controls, fatigue and dizziness. I know they're going to have to do something about the thyroid, trying to help them proactively.

Will probably add selenium & prenatal, as well as a probiotic and methylated folic acid.

Any other suggestions? Many thanks!
