RAIU results-QUESTION

Tags: uptake, ultrasounds, multinodular

Ok, I just had a RAIU and don't have the report back, but I read the screen and it said 6 hr uptake 17% and 24 hr uptake 32%. I have a multinodular goiter as well {found on a previous ultrasound}. There is pain in the neck down to the breast bone.

Does anyone know what this means?
