Sounds like you have swollen lymph nodes in your neck and armpit. The most common reason for swollen lymph nodes is an infection. My niece was always having tonsil infections until I gave her vitamin D gummies.
Have you ever had any thyroid related tests done, such as Free T4, Free T3 or a TSH? If so, please post the results and corresponding reference ranges, so we can get a better idea of your actual thyroid status.
Do you have other symptoms of a thyroid condition, such as those related to, either, hypo or hyperthyroidism? Symptoms indicating hypothyroidism may include sudden, unexplained weight gain, constipation, cold intolerance, body aches/pains, hair loss, swelling/edema, especially in the face or under the eyes, etc. Symptoms of hyperthyroidism may include sudden, explained weight loss, diarrhea, sweating/heat intolerance, hand tremors, heart palpitations, rapid heart rate, etc.
Throat/neck pains can be caused by swollen/inflamed thyroid or they can be caused from the tonsil stones you already have.
How do you ask on here? No option.
I forgot to add, my neck spines are not the best, I have neck pain sometimes at the upper back. But not sure if that can cause pain in lower front neck like my symptoms.
