Rashes after stopping thyroid medication

With both synthroid and armourthyroid I had an allergic reaction after being on them for 5 weeks. I have been off the armourthyroid for 4 weeks now. I keep getting an itchy rash on my neck, arms and hands. Is this related to the thyroid medication? Will it eventually go away?

if its any consolation...I am on a T4 med only YET get itchy when my T3 is a fraction high.
Food for thought.....
