I had no additional test done.
I'm on Synthroid 75MCG and Metformin 500. And a bunch of vitamins. All my Aunt's have thyroid problems and so does my Mom.
You see the hair loss is the body ( hair) showing "outside" issues ( symptoms ) to tell you something is off.
All the chemicals available will not balance you inside to stop this. You need to dig inside and fix that - then this stuff will fade away.
You said you are hypothyroid. What are your labs on your recent testing?
Did you have any additional tests done. FSH LH ?? Vits or minerals?
Try to list what meds you are on / dosages and a brief histroy on what brought you to hypothyroidism.
