S/P partial thyroidectomy

I had a complete RT thyroidectomy, Anterior left lobe thyroidectomy 01-07. My TSH is 4.38. I know this is within the normal range. My question is: I have been extremely fatigued and I am unable to sleep. I do not eat allot and I am 5'5 with a weight of 140-148.  I thought that my TSH would be low, I am not on a Thyroid replacement medication.I am surprised that the TSH is within the normal range based on the way I am feeling.
