I also ran an interaction checker on all three, Tramadol, Hydroxyzine and Synthroid, Synthroid produce no interaction with the other two, al though I di get a "Moderate" Interaction on Tramadol and Hydroxyzine as below:

MONITOR: Central nervous system- and/or respiratory-depressant effects may be additively or synergistically increased in patients taking multiple drugs that cause these effects, especially in elderly or debilitated patients.

MANAGEMENT: During concomitant use of these drugs, patients should be monitored for potentially excessive or prolonged CNS and respiratory depression. Ambulatory patients should be counseled to avoid hazardous activities requiring mental alertness and motor coordination until they know how these agents affect them, and to notify their physician if they experience excessive or prolonged CNS effects that interfere with their normal activities.

Tramadol could raise your heart rate, and Synthroid does elevate the metabolism, However Thyroid Disease is a Cause of elevated BP and Cholesterol levels, Si I doubt that the medications are responsible for your increased BP, I would advise sharing your concerns with your MD though. Below are Side effects of Tramadol, there are no known interactions between Tramadol and Synthroid

Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking tramadol: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Stop using tramadol and call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects:

•agitation, hallucinations, fever, fast heart rate, overactive reflexes, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of coordination, fainting;

•seizure (convulsions);

•a red, blistering, peeling skin rash; or

•shallow breathing, weak pulse.

Less serious side effects of tramadol may include:

•dizziness, spinning sensation;

•constipation, upset stomach;

•headache;

•drowsiness; or

•feeling nervous or anxious.

This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects.

You are welcome to post your latest thyroid test results for comments or advice, please post the level and the reference ranges provided for each.
Best Wishes FTB4
