Size is not the issue. Only a true fine needle biospy can detect an actual Dx of any carcimonas. Other CT scans can give some outcome of finding out if it is a "cold" or "hot " nodule and sometimes that can give the doctor an idea of the nodule too - but and FNA is the deciding factorFactor ix complex.
