Secondary Hypothyrodism

I was diagnosed with secondary  hypothyroditis  . Here are the results of  3 subsequent  thyroid tests.   can you advice a  better  regimen for me.                      

                            TSH       FT3       FT4      T3        T4

22/10/2009           8,64       3,29       1,10                        (after  1x1 1/2 tab.100 mcg L-thyroxine Sodium usage)

22/12/2009           0,02       4,64       0,79     1,93     4,22  (after  1x1 100 mcg L-thyroxine Sodium  
                                                                                    + 1x2  25 mcg Liothyronine Sodium Usage)
22/01/2010           0.01       4.96       0.87     1.67     4.48  (after 1x1 100 mcg L-thyroxine Sodium + 1x1 25 mcg

What are the reference ranges for the FT3 and FT4?

In my opinion, You need more T4 medicine and less T3 medicine. Your ratio is off.
Free T4 should be mid normal range, Free T3 should be mid-high normal range.
