Should I take my FT4 and TSH test with mild fever and head cold?

Hello Group: I have been trying to stabolize my TSH level and in the process feel normal again.... My last test came out at FT4 0.81 and TSH 3.87 (I have Hashi's). I take 75MCG. I felt great when my TSH was around 2 or below.... Never had a problem with FT4 or T3 levels-only TSH was off.... (yes, I have the TPO antibodies-last test was 791.)  BIG QUESTION: I am schelduled for my six week test this upcoming Tuesday. But, I had a temp of 101 this weekend with nasty a head cold to boot. The temp is back to normal, but I still have the head cold symptoms. Should I wait an extra week to heal or should I not worry and take the test? Concerned that my test results might be "off" due to my head cold and recent fever....
Thanks,
Vont

Sometimes it can take weeks for the TSH to return to normal after illness.
Mine shot up to over 7.0 when I had the flu.
I kept on the same dosage and within 4 weeks, it had come down.
Get yr labs done in regards to FT3 and FT4...ignore the TSH for the time being.
