So Tired & Adrenals

I have adrenal problems and are becoming more tired every day. I am finding it really hard to get out of bed in the morning and am pretty tired all day.  My saliva tests were worst in the afternoon and night than the morning.

At the moment all am doing for adrenals is taking a herb supplement that contains ginseng and licorice, and pinch of celtic salt in the morning when I remember to. I really don't want to take cortisol as I believe it will supress my adrenals from ever producing their own cortisol. I did take it for about 3 weeks about 5 months and made me extremely dissy at only 4mcg (and even cut down to 2mcg) so I stopped taking it.

I am also taking combination of T4 and T3. I am confused about this, is taking T3 making my adrenals worse or better? you hear about treating adrenals before going on armour or T3, but isn't Thyroxine only very bad for adrenals anyway?

I found that accupuncture helped but at the moment I can't afford it because I'm doing this NAET thing.

Not sure what to do next.  Any suggestions welcome.   Thanks.
