Sore and tingling fingers??

This is a weird one!  For the last few days the tips of my fingers have been tingling and feeling 'bruised'.  It is a very odd sensation and I just wondered if it could be linked to thyroid issues?  I had PT back in April and still waiting for latest follow up with Endo next week.  Oh, just remembered, my face felt kind of tingly too for a day when the the finger thing started. I have been a bit shaky with some heart palps too
Any ideas????
Hope all are ok out there?
