I have read the postings about the area hard under or above the thyroid after surgery and I had surgery of thr right side of my thyroid because of a nodule present thank goodness it was not cancer. However I still feel very tired and the nodule that is now present under the suture line is there and sore. I can breathe ok and swallow ok but the nodule that is there is painfulPainful menstrual periods and I can't MAKE ANYONE UNDERSTAND THAT. I am sorry to hear that others have had this same problem but also glad to know that I am not alone in the fact that others too are having the same thing.
What can I do to make people hear me and will this go away????????
My surgery was June 11th
Thanks for the encouragment that does make me feel better to hear that it will go away in some time. About the pain will that remain the entire time as well or get better too?
I'm so glad that you didn't have cancer!
