Stomach Cramps, watery mouth

by msamorales, Feb 02, 2009 10:52AM
I have a comment. I have been occassionally suffering from severe stomach cramps, watery mouth, diarrhea. Based on what I have read from other people in this discussion group, I think it may be yeast based products such as breads and beer. The cramps usually are more common in the winter when I am most apt to bake bread. I also have discovered that too consuming much yeast can actually bring on a yeast infection. Thanks for the help. I hope I have helped someone else.

This discussion is related to Abdominal pain and bloating: Is it I.B.S. or candiasis.

Ooops, almost forgot the most important thing, the cure!! I find that drinking either coke or pepsi fixes me up (gets rid of the cramps, etc) incredibly fast. I always keep a coke or pepsi can around just in case. Thanks.
