Sudden numbness in both hands simultaneously; related to past thyroid issues?

I had extreme hypothyroidism last year caused by thyroiditis, it resolved itself and after months of testing my Endocrinologist felt comfortable discharging me from her care. I've also struggled with mental health issues (depression and anxiety) as well as sleep issues. I've been seeking consistent medical care and go through frequent testing in an attempt to diagnose and treat me properly. I had TSH levels that were just slightly off recently and my doctor has requisitioned further tests. I haven't gotten any results yet but in the last few days I've started getting spontaneous numbness in both hands. The first time I was also extremely nauseated and my hands were so numb that they stiffened and I couldn't spread my fingers or anything for a brief time. The feeling passed but the numbness came back today. Could this be thyroid related? What else could have caused this so suddenly?

What type of Thyroiditis?  Do you have test results from the time when the Endo discharged you?  If so, please post them, along with reference ranges shown on the lab report.

What further tests were to be done for you?
