Swelling in legs,feet and hands

I had TT in Nov'07, as of my last tsh it is at 13.65. My Endo just upped my dosage to 175mcg Synthyriod. Over the course of the past 10 months it has gone from 100 mcg to 112 to 125 to 150 now as of last week to 175. The TSH has come down from 18. My question is would this cause really bad swelling in the extremidies. I'm taking 40 mg of Lasix to help reduce the swelling but it does not seem to help that much.What concerns me most is that my feet are more swollen when I get out of bed in the morning even with sleeping with my feet elevated. I took a week off work so I could let the lasix do something. So does any one else have this problem, could it be a result of being in a hypo state for so long? Thank you for any help, I think I'm running scared.

I can't help you, Regina, but I hope everything works out. When I was first diagnosed with Graves' my shins and ankles were swollen, but that particular symptom is gone.

I am very ignorant about this stuff, but isn't that TSH still VERY high? I just hope one of the members on here can help you out.
