Please pray for me i am loosing my life every day
Yes, I do fatigue and need to take cat naps to rejuvenate, sometimes all day long. Charley horses too, which I treat with calcium, potassium, bar of soap, along with all my other vitamins/minerals.
People are more susceptible to muscle cramps due to normal muscle loss (atrophy) that begins in the mid-40s and accelerates with inactivity. As we age, our muscles cannot work as hard or as quickly as they used to. Add that to thyroid and we are a mess.
Flu like symptoms and fatigue is the immune system, symptoms.
Symptoms Immune Disorder other than those related to specific diseases:
Tire easily, fatigue, dizziness, malaise (non-specific feeling of not being or feeling well), fever-very low grade temperature elevations.
Basic Good Health: Plenty of sleep, nutrition - eat well, exercise, practice stress reduction - meditation or relaxation exercises such as yoga, etc., vitamins and mineral supplements and keep positive.
Some Nutrients That Support Immune Function:
Zinc supports the thymus gland (which trains T-cells in the immune system).
Iodine supports activity of Natural Killer cells.
Vitamin C increases antibody production.
Vitamin E with C increases T-cells, interleukin 2, and TNF.
Vitamin A normalized cell division and supports the thymus gland and antibody production.
Selenium supports T cell activity, NK cells and antibody production.
CoQ10 supports IgG antibody production.
Glutathione supports T cell activity.
B6 supports Tcells and B cells, plus 50 other enzyme reactions.
Antioxidants (plant nutrients) are important enough to have their own section: “Antioxidants – Free Radicals”
Long list more.
Foods to avoid:
- Sugar.
- Processed food: It contains high concentrations of sugar, salt and additives
- Alcoholic drinks in excess and coffee. - Fried food because it increases the number of free radicals.
- Barbecued food is believed to contain high concentrations of carcinogens
How do you differentiate Fatigue with flu like symptoms , the fatigue is symptoms Hyper or Hypo for me if i sleep enough or take good rest i feel okay , when i say flue like symptoms i meant muscles ache /joint and bone problem which is similar in flue also in which you feel tired /fatigue and aches in muscles also..When you are auto immune disorder which means you are in immune disorder that can give all those flue like symptoms , is this correct ?
I am trying to compare Hyper and Hypo symptoms , now that my TSH is low i am in Hyper side which can give these symptoms which i am having these days or i may have another auto immune discorder or what .
You have to go by your own body for the hyper or hyper symptoms. You know your body best. If you have been through the ups and downs of hypo/hyper symptoms you already should know. Your body should tell you when its off and not from hypo/hyper. Symptoms Immune non-specific feeling of not being or feeling well. It's like you want to come down with a cold or the flu, but you never do. When it comes to other health conditions there might be an added symptom that you have not experienced before or one that is missing that you have experienced before. In general terms something is off. Hypo and hyper symptoms you have to figure out yourself per your body.
I don't know how else to explain.
Went down to dose 88 and it made TSH go out of range to the hypo.
I am back to dose 100 and waiting to see where it takes my TSH level and this time I'm prepared. I have my dosing all figured out.
You might be like me and need and in-between dose. I don't mind the fluctuation part as long as it is with in Labs range.
I know the ping pong effect so well, been doing this 11 years.
