Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency?

by dani2776, Aug 11, 2009 01:17PM
What are the symptoms of Vitamin D deficiency?  I have a lot of weird symptoms that I could probably blame on my thyroid but wanted to check on the symptoms of Vitamin D first.  I had my levels tested and it came back at 31.  Is this normal?

Mine was at 39, with the range of (30-80).  My doctor considered 39 slightly low. I am taking vitamin D-3 to help raise my level.

Hi - I recently had blood work done to check my thyroid and my vitamin D came back low (not sure what the number was because I didnt receive a copy of my test results).  I am on a Vitamin D pill that I take once a week.  I dont believe that I have any symptoms from having low vitamin D - I do know that I was diagnosed with Osteophenia about 2 years ago.
