Hi - I recently had blood work done to check my thyroid and my vitamin D came back low (not sure what the number was because I didnt receive a copy of my test results). I am on a Vitamin D pill that I take once a week. I dont believe that I have any symptoms from having low vitamin D - I do know that I was diagnosed with Osteophenia about 2 years ago.
