Synthroid ???

by Minicooper723, Sep 07, 2009 04:28PM
I've been on 50mcg of Synthroid for the past 12 days following my thyroidectomy my questions are:

1.  Is it normal to be very jittery?

2.  Do any of you ever get burning in your stomach, chest & arms?

3.  Do any of you have chest pains or tight muscles from this medicine?

4.  Do you have tingling or numbness in your hands & arms?

5.  Do your experience anxiety?

6.  Do you have cold feet & hands?

Thanks everyone!

You have symptoms of Hypo.
Also tingling usually means your Calcium is low.
And yes it is normal to be jittery both hypo and hyper.

Maybe you need an increase in your T4 med.
Get in touch with your Doc/Endo and see what he/she thinks.

The worst is over Mini...now its full steam ahead :)
