Synthroid/Cytomel to Naturethroid...
In going from a Synthroid/Cytomel combo to Naturethroid, if anybody has done this, did you take your Naturethroid dose all at once, or spread it out? If you spread it out, how many doses throughout the day did you take?
Yes, I split my Cytomel into two doses. I am hopeful that the Naturethroid will work.
Ive had both. Most people do better when additional T3 is taken 2x per day, synthetic or natural. Most people on Cytomel take it 2x per day. Did you?
T3 is 'spiky'. I used to take it when I woke in the morning 6 AM, and then at 11AM. Tried 3 PM too.
I now take a different brand of dessicated 3 time per day. My last dose is sometimes taken sublingually if I had an afternoon snack. The Erfa Canadian brand can be taken sublingually easier than Nature Throid.
