Synthroid vs. Armour

Trying to post to Dr. Lupo, I am going to put this out there again.
50 y/o female, hysterectomy, one kidney, hypo became hashi's, had nodules, no nodules.

I was on Synthroid 112 mcg 6 x weekly        Added 2.5 mg Liothyronine to a reduced 88 mcg 1xwly Synthroid.

Labs at this time:  TSH: 0.57    (Range:  (0.40-4.50)                        Labs at this time:   TSH 0.32
                          Free T4:  1.4                                                       Free T4: 1.5  (Range:  0.8-1.8)
                           Free T3:  2.8  (Range: 2.3-4.2)                            Free T3:  3.2  (Range:  2.3-4.2)
                           T3 Total:  70                                                      T4:  9.0         (Range:  4.5-12.0)
                           TPO:       199
                           Tba:   20
Symptoms were acute anxiety and then, difficulties swollowing, which lead a led to an antibiotic treatment for tonsilitis.  I quit the cytomel the day prior to that last lab.  Had the adrenal test, where the numbers were good, but got sick, and again on antibiotics, with throat issues.  Now, Synthroid 100 mcg 7xwkly and sleep alot.  Choice now is stay this way (awful) or try the Armour (Wary).  Please, advice, anyone.

5 mcg is the smallest dose of cytomel you can get.  You can try quartering the cytomel, though it's rather difficult with those tiny pills.  I have done it though.  I've never heard of tonsilitis being a side effect of cytomel; do you have a website or anything stating that?

It's not unusual to have symptoms return when changing doses/meds, until your body gets used to them.  Even though cytomel is fast acting, it can still take some time to adjust to it.

I thank everyone for their imput.  I am going to try and get my insurance to cover the Tirosint, and try again, with the Cytomel.  I did some reading on Erfa, how its more consistant then Armour, which I also have a script for.  I will run that by the Endo, as well.
In the meantime, I will try the Tirosint/Cytomel  combo first, and let you guys know how I fare with it all.
I am still quite puffy, exhuasted and barely able to get out of my own way on just the Synthroid.

I quit the Cytomel due to the tonsilitis, which I was told was a rare side effect.  Also, there was some increased anxiety.
Due to the way I feel now, I wonder if there isn't a 3 mg dose, that I can divide, and try again.  This is way worse then the anxiety, and prior to trying the Cytomel, which I was on for just over a month.
