A vitamin D-3 supplement may be helpful too as the dark days of winter approach us. Check out a winter supplement package to keep you well. We winterize our vehicles!!!!... We must do it for our bodies too!
We all can't live near the equator to absorb the right amount of sunshine to keep our hormones stableStable angina Unstable angina for us "snow birds” We need to trick our bodies into thinking we are there! Vit D is our "Happy Hormone".
No one likes to hear it - , but, mild exercise and keeping your metabolism revved is very important at this time of year. A littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys meditation and yoga certainly lifts the spirits and will allow us to keep a light heart when we are out there.
A smile is worth a thousand words and it is very contagious... Keep smiling through it all :)
Thank God I live in Texas where we get loads of sunshine. D pills just don't work for me. There are a few months here where it's too cold to sunbathe in shorts. I was thinking of getting a sun lamp. Does anyone recommend a particular brand?
Yep. My Vit D is year round tuneup with emphasis on Winter The dark winter days certainly won't help with exposure. Ugh. I find, too, seasonal adjustments to my Synthroid, with my Docs permission, has been the case.
