TSH 13 and pregnant

I just found out that I am hypothyroid with a TSH of 13.0, and am eight weeks pregnant. I began medication today. Does anyone have any idea if this has already affected my pregnancy? I had no idea there was even a possiblity of this as my first preg. was fine. Any advice would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Doctors like to keep TSH levels around 1 or 2. You levels will change through out PG and meds might need adjustments. So be sure you go in for test on a regular bases.

As far as damage so far, I have no idea.

I was hyperthyroid while pregnant and it made me freak out. But I had thyroid tests done once a month so meds could be adjusted and my baby is perfect.
