TSH BLOOD LEVELS

In Jan 2009 I had a mastectomy. I was diagnosed with breast cancer that.thrives on hormones. I now have a TSH count of 0.005 and a normal T3. Can this and my breast cancer have anything to do with each other? I will really appreciate your input.
