TSH Levels

My gyno diagnosed me as hypothyroid and I also have a nodule in the right side of my throat.  He has set me up for an ultrasound in April.  My dosage of the generic for levothyroxin is .25 mcg.  This diagnoses was in October.  I have been on meds since that time.  I am still extremely fatigued...I'm talking about just dragging.  My regular med. dr checked my tsh when I was at his office this week and wants to increase my dosage to .50 mcg.  My first tsh level was around 4 point something when my gyno checked and this week it is 5.67.  What does this mean?

It means you are hypo still and need an increase in meds.
Get your Doctor to do a Free T4 and Free T3 too.
TSH testing alone is unreliable.
