TSH and T4,Free

My TSH 3rd Generation  was .08, My T4,free was 1.3. My calcium level was 10.3. Should I ask that other test be done. I have gained45lbs. what should I do?

Which other test are you referring to?  Do you know the lab's reference range for the free T4? Did you have a free T3? If so, what was the result, along with the lab's reference range?  Have you had a vitamin D test? What symptoms do you have besides the weight gain?  A lot of things can cause weight gain, including not eating right and/or lack of exercise.  

Your TSH is is low, but not sure about your FT4, since I don't know the reference range.  

If you could post labs, results, reference ranges, along with symptoms, it would hep members make more informed comments.
