TSH levels

Hello.  I need help.  My TSH has been increasing and I am not feeling well.  I am taking 100 mcg of Synthroid and have had good TSH numbers on this dose in the past.  I just read that strawberries can affect TSH.  I have been eating them everyday for a  bit.  Has anyone else frequently consumed them and experienced a change in TSH. Thanks for your consideration.

My son had this problem after he took the iodine pill.  It lasted for several months for him.
I am on low iodine diet now in preparation of RAI and was surprised to learn that even my Prevacid capsule contains iodine. So for the time being will empty the contents onto my food.

Wow.  I knew about soy-based products; sea-based products; and cruciferous vegetables affecting the thyroid but I was shocked that strawberries do to.  http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=george&dbid=47

Dang - one more food off my list.  At this point you'd think I'd be skinny as a supermodel.  :-/
