You need to get your TSH between 1 and 2. TSH will go up during PG and maybe stabilize last tri. So you need to be monitored often. This is treatable and T4 meds. are safe for the baby. High TSH can effect fetus/baby and/or cause miscarriage. How is the baby doing medically at this point.? What does your doctor say? Are you even being treated?
