I agree with Deb - it looks like he's hypo. And by all means ask for the blood tests that Deb suggested and it might not hurt to see if you can get in an ultra sound just to have a look at the thyroid.
Does he have other symptoms?
Your sons tsh is too high (hypo) and his T3 low.
He may have Hashi's.
Ask youtr Doc to do the FREE T3 and FREE T4 , not the normal T's.
The Free's give a more accuarate reading of just whats going on.
Also ask for thyroid antibody tests to be done (blood test).
High TSH and Low FT3 & FT4 = HYPO
High FT3 & FT4 , Low TSH = HYPER
