TSH

In which conditions (Disease)there is extremely elevated level of TSH and what is the TSH level in that disease.


This discussion is related to Extremely High TSH leve EXTREMELY.

Anything to do with a High TSH is hypothyriod disease.   Any TSH over 3.0 should be considered as hypothyroid.

But there are other factors than just TSH to put you in an auto immune disorder. Hashimoto accompanies Hypothryoid - but to be Dx with that your antibodies TPO's need to show certain levels to see if the antibodies are attacking the thyroid.

Elevations on TSH can range in the hundreds - but the higher they are the worse you feel.
